General help
Anything about your account, a book that did not finish, a plan you want to change, or something that is not working the way this site says it does. You are never charged for a book that fails to finish, so tell us if it looks as though you were.
Privacy and your child’s data
This is the address named in the privacy notice and in the notice to parents. Write here about what we hold, about anything your child has made, or to withdraw your consent.
Two things do not need us at all. Downloading everything we hold about your family is a button in your settings, and removing a reader deletes what we hold about that child. Closing the account deletes everything after thirty days, which is there so a change of mind is possible.
Security reports
Report a vulnerability to the same address. We will acknowledge it within three working days, and we will not pursue anyone who reports one in good faith. Please do not include another family’s data in the report; tell us how to reproduce it instead. What we do about it is written down in how we look after this.
Postal address and telephone
Both are available on request. Write to privacy@taletykes.com and we will send them. They are not printed on this page, and asking costs you an email.
How we write back
To you, never to your child. Every email this product sends is addressed to a grown-up, and open and click tracking are turned off at the provider, so nothing we send reports back on whether you read it. We will never ask you for your password.
