For co-ops and groups
If you organise a homeschool co-op, a club or another group of 5 or more families, you can buy seats for all of them on one invoice.
What a seat is
A seat is a year of a plan for one family. We send you a link for each seat, and a family who opens it sets up their own account and gets the plan straight away. Each link can be used for 90 days. Their books, their readers and their settings are theirs, exactly as if they had signed up on their own.
You see how many seats have been claimed. You never see anything about a child in any of the families, including their name, their books or whether they have read anything.
What it costs
- Sprout: $99.00 a family for the year. For one or two young readers.
- Grove: $199.00 a family for the year. For a houseful.

How the invoice works
Tell us about the group below and a person writes back, usually within two working days. Once we have agreed the number of seats and the plan, we send one invoice for the year to whoever is paying. When it is paid, we send you the links to hand out. Prices are in US dollars, and we add sales tax where we are registered to collect it.

Write to us at support@taletykes.com with the name of the group and roughly how many families, and a person will write back.
Questions
Can the organiser see what our children read?
No. Whoever buys the seats sees how many have been claimed. They cannot see a child's name or books, or whether a particular family has used its seat. Each family's account is its own, with its own settings.
What if a family already pays for a plan?
They cancel it in their wallet first and then use the link, so that nobody pays for something they have been given. A family part way through a free trial can use the link straight away, and the seat replaces the trial.
What happens at the end of the year?
The seats end on the date on the invoice. Books a family made stay in their account, and each family can choose a plan of its own or wait for the group to renew.
