If you can read this, our site is answering. If another page of ours will not open, this is where to look and who to tell.
What is working right now
We do not have a separate status page yet, so the quickest way to find out whether something is wrong at our end is to write to us. The address is below.
If a page will not load
Most of the time it is the connection or a page left open for a long time. Refreshing usually fixes it. A page will not load lists what to try, in order. Books kept on a tablet still open with no internet.
Telling us
Write to support@taletykes.com with the address of the page, the device and browser, and roughly when it happened. A person reads it.
